What does 'ADA compliant' mean?

The full name of ADA is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which was signed into law in 1990 and requires facilities to make accommodations for disabled people.
For dispensers, there are 2 requirements:
1. Dispenser depth < 4”
2. Push force < 5 lbs
